Professor Mukhtar Ahmed has been given a position that is for a duration of two years.
ISLAMABAD:
Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, a former head of the Higher Education Commission, has been chosen by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to take over in his new role, as it was recently disclosed (HEC). According to the reports, Ahmed has been awarded a contract for a period of two years.
In the past, he has worked at HEC in a variety of capacities, including those of chairman and executive director.
"The prime minister has watched and has been glad to approve the nomination of Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed out of the panel proposed," according to a statement that was published by the PM Office.
According to the notification, the appointment with Doctor Ahmed will be contingent to the completion of a separate agreement.
The Prime Minister also issued an order that the necessary actions be taken.
